Treledan, Saltash
Treledan is currently one of our biggest single-phase projects. SHC have now completed 83 of the 387 plots of which comprise of Detached, Semi Detached, Terraced and Flats, the Pods comprise of approx. 15,000m² of roads and 7,500m² of footways. The first section of spine road is approx. 4500m² with footways of approx. 3,000m². There are 2 attenuation ponds to construct with a combined capacity of approx. 12,000m³ and a pumping station to the South of the site.
Victoria Heights, Alphington
Victoria Heights is a development situated less than 3 miles from Exeter City Centre with easy access to the A30, A38 and M5. The site is made up of 117 plots which are a mixture of engineered strip foundations and pile foundations. Pile foundations are formed by long, slender, columnar elements typically made from steel or reinforced concrete. SHC have also been involved with constructing a new bat roost by the site entrance as part of the ecological requirements. We are now working on the South Phase which is made up of 74 plots with 2no block of flats. We are currently constructing an Andracrib wall along with 3 attenuation tanks and roads.
Berry Acres, Paignton
Berry Acres is a development comprising of 193 plots for both open market & affordable housing which includes 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes. SHC have been responsible for constructing over 5,000m² of road, 3,300m of road drainage, installation of a crated soakaway & installation of an infiltration basin which spans around 3,150m².
There is also S278 works to complete which consists of constructing the new site entrance and tying this in to the existing Yalberton Road. This includes over 1000m² of road, a further, 1150m² of footpath & the installation of a perforated ring soakaway.
