SHC have been awarded Maple Cross, Colyton for Wain Homes – Construction started in July 2024 and the site sits on an old ceramic production facility. A total of 72 plots including split level, terraced, semi-detached, detached and 6 commercial units sit on the site and SHC will be responsible for the installation of 2700m² of road, over 1100m of storm and foul sewers, an attenuation basin and over 400m of RC and permacib retaining walls.
