We have recently started works on this new site situated next to Callywith College, Bodmin. The site will comprise of 170 plots which include 3 blocks of flats. We a currently working on the road construction and drainage to the site.

Blackberry Lane, Kilkampton, Devon - Phase 1
SHC have been awarded a new development Blackberry Lane which consists of 34 plots including bungalows, terraced, semi-detached and detached units. A flagship site with an exciting new partnership with bunnyhomes. There is approximately 2300m² of road to construct and 2 attenuation tanks. SHC will be responsible for completing the S278 works which will include new foot path, road signage and tying in the new site entrance to the existing road.
Bramble Lane, Kilkhampton, Devon
SHC have recently been awarded Bramble Lane which is a continuation of our current project Blackberry Lane. The site comprises of 25 units including detached and semi-detached plots. SHC will be responsible for the construction of a pumping station, 1930m² of road and 734m of foul & storm drainage. SHC will be responsible for the new S278 works being carried out to the B3254, the works will include the installation of an additional central island, site entrance and road signage.
Primrose Fields Appledore North Devon
SHC have recently been awarded Primrose Fields which is located on the rugged North Devon Coast of Appledore. The site comprises of 27 units with varying different house types. SHC will be responsible for 1021m² of road construction, 621m of foul & storm drainage. SHC will also be translocating an existing hedge while undertaking S278 to the entrance of site.
New job to start - Cheriton Bishop
SHC have just been awarded Church Lane, Cheriton Bishop which will start construction in September 2024. Cheriton Bishop compromises of 23 plots ranging between Bungalows, detached and semi-detached plots. SHC will be taking responsibility for constructing 1 attenuation basin, over 1000mׅ² of road and over 900 mׅ² of foul and storm drainage. SHC will also be completing S278 works which will include widening the existing carriageway allowing better access to the new development.
